Terms for Customers

Mauji Bear is a website that helps you find and book hotels. It is operated by Theoretic Softnet Pvt Ltd, 4th Floor, A-07, D Block, Sector 10, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India ("we", "us"). Hotels are independent businesses. When you book, the booking is a contract between you and the hotel; we provide the platform that connects you.

These terms apply to everyone who uses Mauji Bear as a customer. Our Privacy Policy is part of them. Hotels that list on Mauji Bear are covered by separate terms.

You accept these terms by ticking the box when you create an account and again when you book, and whenever we publish a new version that you are asked to accept. We record when and which version you accepted. If you do not agree, please do not use Mauji Bear to book.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract under Indian law. Please book only for yourself or for people who have agreed to be included.

Give accurate details and keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us if you think someone else has used it. You can delete your account at any time in the Privacy Centre.

• When you choose rooms, we hold them for you for 15 minutes while you enter your details. If you do not confirm in that time, the hold is released.
• Your booking is confirmed when you accept these terms and press confirm. We email you a confirmation with the booking reference, dates and total.
• Bookings are currently paid at the hotel: we do not take payment on Mauji Bear.
• Details you give (names, dates, number of guests) must be accurate. The hotel can refuse check-in if they are not.
• Occasionally a hotel cannot honour a booking. In that case it will contact you to arrange another room, another date or a cancellation.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees with the taxes the hotel has set up, as shown before you confirm. Anything you order or use during your stay (such as meals or activities) is charged by the hotel. The hotel issues the tax invoice for your stay.

Each hotel's cancellation policy is shown on its page and applies to your booking. You can cancel from your guest portal where the option is available, or contact the hotel. If you do not arrive and have not cancelled (a "no-show"), the hotel may treat the booking as used.

Descriptions, photos, amenities and prices are provided by the hotels. We work to keep them accurate and expect photos to show the real property, but we cannot guarantee every detail. Please check the hotel's page and policies before you book.

Reviews should be honest and based on your own stay. Do not post anything unlawful, abusive, misleading or that infringes someone's rights. We may moderate, hide or remove reviews. By posting a review you allow us to display it on Mauji Bear and, with the hotel, on its listing.

Do not copy or scrape Mauji Bear, attempt to break or overload it, use it to send spam, make false or speculative bookings, or use someone else's account or details. We may suspend or remove accounts that do.

We provide the platform with reasonable care and skill. The hotel is responsible for your stay and its services. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for what a hotel does or fails to do, or for losses caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. When a change matters we update the version and date and ask you to accept it again at your next sign-in. Bookings you have already made stay subject to the terms you accepted when you made them.

You can stop using Mauji Bear at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Deleting your account does not cancel a booking that has not finished; you cannot delete the account until your stays are over.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a complaint, please contact our Grievance Officer first. You can also approach the National Consumer Helpline (1915) or a consumer commission. The courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction, without taking away any right you have as a consumer.
